Logging a day

The Today screen, the + button, and what "Finish today" does.

Updated October 2026

Today

Today is the summary of your day. It shows sleep, stress, water, meals, workouts, hygiene and your spots, each as a row you can tap to edit. Nothing is required: a day with only sleep logged is still a complete day if you finish it.

The + button

The round button at the bottom adds an event anywhere in the app: a meal, a workout, a stress moment, a hygiene item (new pillowcase, face towel), or a spot. Each lands on Today for the current date.

Meals

You do not type what you ate. You toggle what matters for skin: dairy, sugar or high-glycemic foods, alcohol, something new. Add a note if you want to remember the dish.

Finish today

"Finish today" marks the day complete. Complete days are what Insights counts; a day you never finished is read as "not logged", not as "nothing happened". You can still edit a finished day from the Timeline.

Logging a past day

Open Timeline from Profile, tap the day, and log as usual. The app knows the difference between a day you logged late and a day you skipped.

Reminders

Settings → Reminders lets you pick a daily nudge time and reminders for each routine step.
