Nory, the AI assistant
What she knows, what she will not do, and the daily limit.
Updated October 2026
What Nory reads
Your skin profile, your last seven days of log, your routine, your products with their flags, your treatments summary, your current cycle phase if the module is on, and the last twenty messages. That is why her answers are about you rather than about "people with acne".
What she will not do
- Diagnose a condition, or guess at one, even if you ask directly.
- Recommend prescription medicines or doses.
- Suggest retinoids or other contraindicated actives when pregnancy-safe mode is on.
When something sounds severe or cystic she will say so and point you to a dermatologist. Every answer carries the line: she is not a licensed dermatologist and this is for information only.
Good questions for Nory
"What in my last week could explain Tuesday's jawline spots?" "Is anything in my routine known to clash?" "Help me write the questions for my appointment." She is better with specifics than with "why do I have acne".
Limits
Free: five messages a day, resetting at midnight your time. Premium: unlimited. Messages are stored with your account and deleted with it.
