Your data and privacy
Where things are stored, exporting, and deleting your account.
Updated October 2026
Where your data lives
Your log, products, treatments, cycle and chats are stored in our database in the United States, encrypted in transit and at rest. Photos are stored in a private bucket, also in the US, under a key only your account can read. Nothing is public, nothing is given to outside AI companies for training, and your photos are never used to train any model.
Who can see it
You. The providers that run our servers process it on our behalf under contract and cannot use it for anything else. Nory's messages are sent to an AI provider to be answered and are not used for training. The full list is in the privacy policy.
Skin research. Separately, you can choose to let Skinory use your data, with anything that identifies you removed, to research skin and build new Skinory products, including Skinory's own AI. It is off unless you tick it on the consent screen, and you can switch it on or off any time in Settings → Your data → Skin research. Skinory works exactly the same either way.
Exporting
Settings → Your data → Export. You receive a file with everything you have logged, in a format you can open or hand to another app.
Deleting your account
Settings → Delete account. Every photo is deleted first, then every row, then the account itself. If a photo cannot be deleted the process stops and tells you, so nothing is left behind by accident. This cannot be undone.
Age
Skinory is for people aged 16 and over. In Colombia, anyone under 18 needs a parent's or guardian's authorization. If you believe someone younger has an account, write to hello@skinory.app.
Still stuck? Write to hello@skinory.app. A human replies, usually within two working days.
